Unabomber in my boat?

Does anyone recognize the jacket in this photo ( ala Ted Kaczinski cerca 1995)? After fishing with this guy I'm wondering if the unabomber escaped prison. He wouldn't let me take his picture. I just snuck these pics of the fish for proof that they're still there and still biting!
